[자격요건]
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, architectural engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a
plus.
- Over 15 years of senior marketing and sales experience, preferably in the construction or building
materials industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Fluency in both Korean and English is required.
- Proven expertise in brand building, product management, and go-to-market strategies.
- General knowledge of planning, product development, sales management, and managerial
accounting.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas: marketing, sales, or technical service,
with a working knowledge of the others.
- Proven track record of managing projects and teams, delivering results on time and within budget.
In-depth understanding of company activities, market dynamics, and traditional sales practices in Korea.
