Logistics & Fulfillment Manager / Team Lead
[담당업무]
- Plan and manage logistics operations across the U.S. market
- Establish and oversee delivery systems for offline retail stores, ensuring efficient store-level
fulfillment
- Develop and manage outbound processes for various e-commerce channels
- Monitor inventory levels for products and materials, and conduct periodic inventory audits
- Handle import/export documentation and related administrative tasks
[자격요건]
- 5?8 years of experience in global logistics planning or operations
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Korean
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and end-to-end logistics processes
- High level of interest in logistics trends and a proactive, hands-on approach to execution
- Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Must be eligible to work in the US
[우대사항]
- Experience in global logistics operations within fashion accessories, e-commerce, or retail
industries
- Experience setting up logistics centers in early-stage or startup environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to drive collaboration
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Data-driven and strategic thinker with both quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
