: Senior sales manager
This is senior level sales position who is responsible for direct and indirect sales of video codec IP in the mainland China. The sales manager finds, manages and close business opportunities in the semiconductor industry. The sales manager license full range of Chips&Media multimedia IP including video codec, FBC and image processing NPU, while reporting to Sales VP and working closely with HQ R&D team in Korea.

[주요 업무]
** Role
- Finding, closing new business opportunities in the semiconductor industry
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of target markets and their critical success factors.
- Managing and developing key customer relationships, particularly automotive, consumer, AI,
HPC, data center and industrial customers. Particularly at the Director and VP level to help ensure
success for Chips&Media.
- Define the technical needs from the customers in China and communicate back to Headquarters
- Generating strategic sales plans to ensure success at China based customers, working closely
with HQ marketing & sales team.

** Responsibilities·
- Promote and license video codec & other multimedia IP to new customers
- Close business with your own quota
- Managing and expanding business with your key account by identifying needs and collaborating
with internal teams
- Contributing to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and providing feedback
from customers..
- Gathering and assessing customer input from your accounts
- Build strong customer relationships.
[필수자격조건]
** Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- 10+ years experiences working in the Semiconductor or Semiconductor IP field
- The ability to grasp complex technical data and communicate effectively with both technical and
non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven sales or business development skills with a history of developing and closing business
opportunities, preferably in the IP, design service or other Chipless companies
- Strong communication and listening skills.(Chinese & English)
- Broad SoC human network from designer level to all the top decision makers is a strong plus.
- The multimedia IP or SoC experience is a strong plus
